Help Menu – Beta Testing

We are in the process of creating an extensive Help program that will include searchable help topics, video demos, and classroom instruction. We are providing the general rules for the software but would like to get your honest feedback to its ease of use, so for the time being we are not including any addition instructions. You may test the site in any manner you see fit, but for those testers that would like some additional guidance; we have included a list of possible testing tasks that will aid you in your effort. The testing tasks are broken down into different roles. Select the link below to see the lists.

General Rules -

1. All Buyers and Sellers must have agent representation prior to participating in an auction.
2. Buyers must have “bidding cash” provided by registered lenders prior to bidding on listings.
3. Agents can not represent a buyer and seller for the same listing, this is called “double ending” and it’s not permitted.
4. Agents must obtain permission from their seller(s) to list properties on site by creating a Listing Addendum.
